Major Breakthrough in Anhydrous Sodium Sulfide Production Technology
The traditional production process of anhydrous sodium sulfide is complicated. Adopting industrial or crystalline sodium sulfide as raw materials requires multiple dehydration and refining procedures, which features high energy consumption, high production costs and unstable product quality. These long-standing drawbacks have severely restricted the development of the high-end new materials industry. Our company has achieved a groundbreaking technological innovation by developing the one-step dilute-phase fluidized hydrogen reduction process, which thoroughly solves core industrial problems and fills the domestic gap in the large-scale and continuous production of anhydrous sodium sulfide.
This innovative process enables the stable production of high-purity anhydrous sodium sulfide with superior quality. It empowers polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) manufacturers to upgrade product quality and break the foreign monopoly on high-end PPS products. Additionally, it provides high-purity core raw materials to support the industrialization and explosive growth of solid-state batteries. Furthermore, the technology can produce industrial-grade sodium sulfide using blast furnace gas and waste sodium sulfate, significantly reducing energy consumption and three-waste emissions.
