In order to utilize more efficiently sodium sulfate, the company has invited senior specialists of sodium sulfide in China, and formed a special group for sodium sulfide development, for the purpose to develop swiftly the yellow sodium sulfide with low iron and low carbon-contained, water-free sodium sulfide, white high-density sodium sulfide, crystal sodium sulfide with advanced world standard. The company has its own Power Plant, inorganic salt factory, silicon carbide factory, sodium sulphide factory, packing company and the fiber glass company. Its main products are chromium oxide green, chromic acid, sodium dichromate dehydrate, basic chromium sulphate, sodium sulphide, plastic products, various size of steel drums and bags, glass fiber yarn and cloth, etc. The company has also its own railway line, which is connected with Xingang port ( distance: 1200km ), where there is also chemical warehouse and service man. Its own power plant, 12000kw and yearly output 100 million KWH, can totally guarantee the usage of electricity. All package meet the export standard supervised and certified by CCIB. It's the best associated enterprise for sodium sulfide export.
Environment and Environment Protection
The factory of sodium sulfide is located on the edge of WULAN BUHE Desert with less vegation, kept away from residential area and the farmland, forest and the grassland. The factory construction is strictly in accordance with the requirements of scientific plan of "the pollution-prevention in the project shall be conducted with main project design, construction and put into production simultaneously". Greatly reduced the discharge amount of pollutant. In the process of disposal of "three wastes", the company has effectively controlled the discharge amount of "three wastes" by utilization of exhausted heat, dust-removal of gas, thermal treatment, slag rinsing, evaporation and condensing, fully conform the relevant stipulations of the "National Environmental Protection Law". In line with the stipulation of the State "Collect & Pollutant Discharge System", the State will give a powerful support to the enterprises who economize and comprehensively utilize natural resources, effectively treat and control pollution, and improve the environment, enjoy preferential policy in all fees to be levied, this policy will remain unchanged for a long period of time.
Preferential Policy
For the purpose to encourage the investors' business activities and economic entities initiating, Local Government constitutes the following preferential policies:
Article 1. Implement the favorable policy of reward on tax-paying and reduction and exemption on administration charge.
1. Anyone, who invests more than 10 million yuan, will be given a policy or of tax-paying without any administration charges within five years, if the tax handed over by the investor shall be controlled by local government, the investor shall be rewarded fully by means of the investment of reforming technique within five years.
2. Anyone who invest more than 5 million yuan, the related administration charge and non-administration charge shall be exempted in the first three years, and collected by half in the second two years. If the tax handed over by the investor shall be controlled by local government, the investor shall be rewarded fully by means of the investment of reforming technique in the first three years and rewarded by half in the second two years.
3. Any commercial and industrial enterprise or entity which registered in our county, shall be exempted from any administrated charges, if the paid tax under the management of local authority, it shall be rewarded by 50% of the tax.
Article 2. The investors who acquire the usufruct of land by way of remising, transferring and lease in accordance with the law shall be permitted to operate the land for 50 years. Anyone who invests more than 5 million yuan shall acquire for free the usufruct of land by the way of government transfer. Those who acquires the usufruct of land by way of remising or lease shall pay the using charge of land in term of the lowest price.
Article 3. After the investor submits the fully documents for opening business, one-stop service will be provided by various functional departments organized by foreign opening office in the county, all procedures will be done within five business days, the entry certificate for external enterprises will be approved and issued. For any investment enterprise which is permitted to enter our county, any unit shall not check, charge or have administrative intervention without permission and approval from the date of starting business, otherwise the enterprise is entitled to resist it.
Article 4. With regard to the project that is greatly significant for the development of economic and society in our county, we can implement the preferable policy of "policy subject to project", one discussion for one matter", and "special handling for special matter".
The measures and methods shall be construed by Foreign Opening Office of Dengkou County People's Government, and shall be performed from the issuing date.
